Such a useful tool, thank you for sharing it 💛 Most of the anxiety we suffer is about the stories our brain is telling us, rather than the reality. But then sometimes, the worst happens, and the anxiety feels so much more real. That's when the "what have I survived before?" becomes incredibly powerful.

To me, the “mind pillar” is the hardest to work with. But it is so powerful, I feel we cannot leave it in the background while we work on our bodies.

And yes, “what have I survived before” as well as “what is really unbearable right now” are very powerful tools!

Yes, I couldn't agree more - it's so often the elephant in the room, and the hardest part to change, but it's absolutely fundamental to feeling well.
