I'm Building a Pocket Knife for the Next Few Decades
I have been building a map of the 20% that actually moves the needle for women over 35. You’ll be able to carry it in your pocket.
The full SAM framework (four pillars, the science behind each one, and how they connect) is laid out in the first post.
You have read the sleep post, the fuel post, the exercise series, the glucose data, the biomarkers guide. That is a lot of science. A lot of levers. A lot of things to remember when you are standing in the kitchen at 7am trying to decide what to eat or wondering whether your 9pm workout is actually working against you.
I have a ginormous mindmap. It is my working document, the backbone of everything I write here. Every pillar, every area, every mechanism, every 80/20 distilled into a single navigable structure. It is how I think about the four pillars of SAM and how they connect. And I kept thinking: you should be able to use this too. Not read it as a newsletter once a week and hope it sticks, but actually navigate it, reference it, pull it up when you need it.
So I am building an app.
The goal is simple: an interactive map of the SAM framework that lives on your phone, so that everything you read here becomes something you can find and use in 30 seconds.
It’s the whole point of “Swiss Army Mum”. Having the right tools, the ones that matter and that do most of the work in your pocket, for whenever you need them.
I am not there yet. Building the full mindmap navigator takes time and I wanted to put something in your hands now rather than wait for perfect. So I started with the foundation: a daily bite. One insight from the map, one mechanism explained in plain language, one practical takeaway. Four pillars, rotating daily. 60 seconds.
It is free. No account. No App Store. Install it directly in your browser and it lives on your home screen like any other app.
The full interactive mindmap, a weekly planner, a calendar export: those are coming in a paid tier called The Blueprint (working title). It is not live yet, but when it launches, paid Substack subscribers will get it automatically as part of their subscription. I will let you know when it is ready.
Subscribe to be informed when it launches!
For now, start with one card a day. Let the science show up without you having to go looking for it. And know that what you are installing today is just the first layer of something bigger.
The map is coming.
I need your feedback
One ask: once you have played with it for a day or two, tell me what you think. What works, what does not, what you wish it did. Drop a comment below or hit reply. I read every one.
